Toshiba / AHIC publishes this residential coverage for these Seiya Plus RAS systems; commercial coverage is 5 years.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
The certificate applies to purchases from 1 May 2020. A complete matched set, qualified installation, compliance evidence and maintenance are required. No registration extension is needed. Wi-Fi equipment has a separate one-year term.
Keep purchase proof. Notify AHIC within 30 days of discovering a defect: 13 2665. Installation components/faults and unauthorised repairs have exclusions. Confirm supply details and applicable coverage before ordering.
Manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit those rights. This summary is not a separate store warranty. Installation workmanship and third-party components have their own applicable terms.
