Terms of service

These terms apply when you purchase goods through this store. The seller's legal identity and contact details appear in the Contact information section and on your order confirmation. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and orders

Product photographs are illustrative. Model numbers, capacities and the written product description form part of the order. Availability is subject to supplier stock confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly described or incorrectly priced. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item and any related service we did not provide.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and are the total product prices shown. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Delivery and installation charges are additional unless checkout or a written quote expressly states otherwise. Payment must clear before collection or dispatch. We may take reasonable steps to verify an order and prevent fraud.

Product selection

Supply-only customers must confirm that the selected model, capacity, electrical supply and site conditions are suitable. Online sizing guidance is general information and does not replace a site assessment. A licensed installer should confirm suitability before installation.

Installation

Products are sold supply-only unless installation is expressly included in the order or a separate installation contract. Airman X or another recommended installer may provide a separate quote. Unless checkout or our written agreement states that we are supplying the installation service, the installer contracts directly with you and is responsible for its own workmanship, licensing, insurance and service obligations.

Delivery and collection

Pickup, local delivery and national freight are governed by our Shipping Policy. Freight prices may require a separate quote for bulky equipment, residential delivery, tailgate service, difficult access or remote locations. You must inspect deliveries and report visible transit damage promptly.

Returns and warranties

Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to change-of-mind requests and product problems. New products carry the relevant manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to Australian Consumer Law rights and do not replace or limit those rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by incorrect product selection, unauthorised installation, undisclosed site conditions, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or work performed by an independent contractor. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
