TCL publishes 5-year product coverage for domestic use, subject to its non-portable air conditioner terms.
Authorised Australian retailer/installer supply is required. Our eligibility has not yet been confirmed; the extension is not promised until eligibility is checked.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Register within 30 days of purchase or installation for the extra two years. The published purchase/installation and redemption window is 1 July 2025–1 July 2027 (AEST). New, fully paid matched sets, authorised supply, both serial numbers and invoice evidence are required. Extension terms & registration.
Licensed installation and maintenance conditions apply. Standard commercial coverage is one year; accessories have separate terms. Keep purchase/installation records. Claims: 1300 738 149. Installation and access/travel exclusions apply.
