Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Compressor cover totals ten years: five years parts/labour, then five years compressor part only. This is not a ten-year whole-system warranty.
Commercial terms follow Samsung's quotation. Licensed installation and maintenance conditions apply. Keep purchase/installation evidence; registration is helpful but not required. Claim within the applicable term on 1300 362 603. Installation faults, third-party work and access costs have exclusions.
