Published documents differ on the base period. The operative warranty card and our authorised-dealer eligibility have not been confirmed; no extended term is promised until eligibility is confirmed.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Athena's extra three years require eligible registration within 30 days of purchase, Midea Australia distribution, authorised-dealer purchase, licensed installation and complete product/installer/invoice details. Athena offer terms (PDF).
Maintenance and original-location conditions apply. Third-party ductwork, controls and installation components do not inherit this term. Confirm commercial coverage. Claims: 1300 726 002 or the service form.
