Published documents differ on the base period. The operative warranty card and our authorised-dealer eligibility have not been confirmed; no extended term is promised until eligibility is confirmed.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Vesta's extra three years cover qualifying purchases from 1 July 2026, 9am AEST to 30 June 2027, 11:59pm AEST. Register within 30 days with complete model, serial, licensed-installer and invoice details. Authorised-dealer supply and residential Australian use are required. Vesta offer terms (PDF).
Maintenance and original-location conditions apply. Third-party ductwork, controls and installation components do not inherit this term. Confirm commercial coverage. Claims: 1300 726 002 or the service form.
