5 years + 2 after eligible registration
Hisense publishes 5-year standard parts and labour coverage, extendable to 7 years for qualifying domestic systems.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Register within six months of purchase for the extra two years, subject to Hisense validation. Supply both units' model/serial numbers and the original invoice. Original purchaser, Australian resident aged 18+, domestic human-comfort use and new equipment conditions apply.
Current extension terms include all resellers; the standard card also has authorised-supply conditions. This does not establish our direct dealer status. Licensed installation, maintenance and purchase/installation evidence are required. Accessories have separate terms; confirm commercial coverage. Claims: 1800 447 367.
Manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit those rights. This summary is not a separate store warranty. Installation workmanship and third-party components have their own applicable terms.
