Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
The term starts at purchase. A licensed tradesperson, compliance with instructions and Australian Standards, and maintenance are required. Keep your receipt; Panasonic says registration is not required to claim.
Installation faults, restricted access and outside-area travel may be excluded or incur costs. VRF terms differ. For authorised service call 132 600.
