Original-owner purchase from an authorised Australian retailer is required. Our eligibility has not yet been confirmed; contact us before ordering.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Licensed, correct installation, maintenance and safe access are required. Keep the warranty card and original purchase documents. Install normally within 12 months of purchase with suitable storage beforehand.
Server/communication rooms have separate one-year terms and a minimum 24°C setpoint. Accessories do not automatically share the system term. Contact an accredited repairer promptly or call 1300 651 808. Extra access/travel costs can apply.
