Customer pickup from suppliers is not available. Long lengths and bulky equipment may need specialist freight.

Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
This standard term is not a registration extension. Australian purchase/installation, annual maintenance and servicing by an ARC-licensed installer are required. Keep purchase/installation records.
Accessories have a separate term. Installation faults, third-party components, relocation, environmental damage and access/travel costs have exclusions. Confirm specialist use. Claims need model/serial and original invoice details: 1800 211 800 or Temperzone support.
