5 years + 2 after eligible registration
Hisense publishes 5-year standard parts and labour coverage, extendable to 7 years for qualifying domestic systems.
Eligibility, conditions & making a claim
Register within six months of purchase for the extra two years, subject to Hisense validation. Supply both units' model/serial numbers and the original invoice. Original purchaser, Australian resident aged 18+, domestic human-comfort use and new equipment conditions apply.
Current extension terms include all resellers; the standard card also has authorised-supply conditions. This does not establish our direct dealer status.
